Worst customer service during my covid nightmare

Utterly unacceptable customer support from start to finish! While battling Covid recently, I've been attempting to connect with their team, but it's been a complete nightmare. Neither at home nor at work could I get anyone to answer the phone. This experience has been nothing short of a total catastrophe and an incredible drain on my time and energy. My simple request was just to obtain a sick note related to my Covid situation, yet I was met with constant delays, repeated holds, and absolutely zero meaningful assistance from anyone.
