Worst customer service ever absolute nightmare

I called their office at 8:20 AM and have been stuck waiting on hold for more than an hour and ten minutes without ever reaching a single representative, and I'm still waiting right now. What kind of ridiculous operation is this, leaving customers hanging for over an hour with absolutely no intention of answering? I desperately need to schedule an appointment. Now it's been an hour and a half, and still no response. Is there anyone actually employed at this place?
