Worst customer service ever, absolutely terrible experience

Attempting to reach their customer service? Save yourself the trouble. I wasted two solid hours waiting, only to have them disconnect the call abruptly. Absolutely zero support when you're dealing with back spasms from multiple car rollovers - how compassionate of them. Their response time is so sluggish that my grandmother could probably crawl from her final resting place faster than their customer support moves.
