Worst customer service ever absolutely terrible experience

Couldn't get through on the phone line, spent an hour and a half waiting and ultimately got disconnected. The customer service felt so slow, I started picturing the lazy slug from Monsters Inc handling calls. It took forever to inch up just one spot in the queue, and the entire time the phones were constantly ringing while staff seemed more interested in chatting about last night's events.
