Worst customer service ever at this clinic

The front desk staff display an incredibly off-putting attitude. They come across as completely self-important and unwelcoming. Their demeanor makes you feel distinctly unwelcome and uncomfortable while waiting for your appointment. When I attempted to explain an online check-in problem, they rudely interrupted and cut me off mid-sentence. During my phone call in the lobby, with the television playing in the background, one of the receptionists aggressively demanded that I either end my call or be silent because apparently talking isn't allowed. The entire experience was so unpleasant that I would now strongly prefer conducting future appointments via telephone to avoid any interaction with their hostile staff.
