At this moment, the front desk staff appear to be engaged in an unspoken contest to determine who can display the most discourteous attitude towards patients, whether communicating via telephone or face-to-face. Even more astonishing is their brazen behavior, conducting themselves as if putting on a callous comedy routine right in front of waiting patients, treating them with utter disregard. Their apparent comfort in mocking various speech patterns within earshot of other customers seeking medical services raises disturbing questions about their professionalism and potential behind-the-scenes interactions. Most disheartening is the fact that they have been consistently receiving critical feedback for an extended period, yet demonstrate zero inclination to modify their unprofessional conduct—a change that would require absolutely no financial investment.
