Worst customer service ever at this place

The front desk staff are absolutely terrible. Their primary activity seems to be chatting among themselves instead of remaining at their workstations to provide service. During phone interactions, even if you're first in line, they take an excessive amount of time to respond, and it's evident they hear the phone ringing but deliberately choose to ignore it. It's completely unacceptable.
