Worst customer service ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely zero stars would be my rating if possible. Getting in touch with an actual person is a nightmare. To schedule anything, you're required to have a pin code. However, if you're unsure of your pin, the administrative staff never answer their phone. When attempting to book an appointment, the call queue is perpetually maxed out, forcing you to repeatedly try later. The entire process is completely unacceptable and shamefully unprofessional. My strongest advice is to find an alternative service provider if you have any other options.
