Worst customer service ever, completely unhelpful

I'm utterly bewildered by this experience. I spent nearly two hours on hold just to reach their reception. When I finally connected with the receptionist and requested to schedule an appointment, she seemed confused and asked an incomprehensible question about how many people I needed help with. I repeatedly clarified that I simply wanted to book an appointment, only to be told they had no availability for today. I explained I wasn't necessarily seeking an immediate appointment, but they appeared unwilling to even consider advance booking. This seemed bizarre, especially after noticing another customer's review mentioning they successfully scheduled an appointment just two days after their initial call. The whole situation is incredibly frustrating!!!
