Worst customer service ever for special needs family

I'd rate this zero stars if possible. Despite being instructed to call at 8, when I rang just 4 minutes after the hour, I was met with absolute discourtesy. No greeting, no inquiry about my concern - the person simply answered and abruptly declared no appointments were available. As a result, I've been compelled to secure private healthcare for myself and my 5-year-old autistic child. The receptionists are shockingly unprofessional, and I'm astounded they remain employed. Their conduct is so disrespectful that they should be thoroughly ashamed of how they interact with people.
