Worst customer service ever from unhelpful staff

These folks have completely lost sight of their core purpose: assisting customers. Their staff consistently displays a dismissive and unhelpful demeanor that screams indifference. While their website offers three appointment booking methods, the receptionist's sole response is to redirect you online - I'm baffled why I'm paying for a service that could essentially be handled by an automated system. Both my brother and I have attempted multiple contact approaches - phone calls, in-person visits - yet they remain stubbornly unresponsive. Their service is so abysmal that if a zero-star rating were possible, I'd select it without hesitation. They need to stop being so incredibly lazy and actually do their job.
