Worst customer service ever horrible phone wait

Waiting on hold for two hours just to schedule a service appointment is absolutely ridiculous. No one in the cycling industry should have to waste that much time trying to book a repair. I've never encountered such an inefficient system in my life, and this experience ranks among the most frustrating customer service interactions I've ever had. Their phone support is completely broken and desperately needs improvement. Absolutely unacceptable.
