Worst customer service ever total waste of time

I've been stuck on hold for an entire hour, and despite starting at position 20, I've only inched forward to position 17. It's completely baffling how these employees can justify their salaries when no one seems capable of answering a call. At this rate, even if someone were in a life-threatening situation, they'd likely still be waiting endlessly. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customer needs.
