Worst customer service ever unprofessional receptionist

Some guidance for the chatty receptionist (assuming that's her actual name): when a patient asks a question you can't answer, place them on hold and consult a colleague rather than abruptly ending the call. Honestly, get it together, and if you're this unhappy in your role, consider finding alternative employment. There's no reason to spread your bad attitude to others. If the rating system allowed a score lower than the minimum, I would absolutely choose it.
