Worst customer service experience ever

I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for three consecutive days now. Despite enduring the unbearable wait of being informed I'm caller number 30-plus, I persistently remained on hold. Just as I was about to reach the final 5-6 positions in the queue, the phone connection abruptly disconnects. The receptionist displays a complete lack of enthusiasm in assisting me, merely suggesting I try calling again another day. Absolutely unacceptable.
