Worst customer service experience ever

I reached out to schedule an appointment yesterday, only to learn about some technical issue preventing any bookings. Undeterred, I called precisely at 8:00 this morning, finding myself 13th in the queue. I endured the irritating background music, hoping for a successful resolution. When my turn finally arrived, they casually informed me that the final appointment had just been allocated. How frustrating for someone like me who rarely has the opportunity to make such calls due to constant work commitments! Simply incredible how difficult they've made this process!
