Worst customer service experience ever

Following the pattern of previous experiences, my sole engagement with this establishment revealed significant shortcomings: 1) They completely neglected my registration application, only responding after I persistently pursued them via telephone. 2) I was repeatedly redirected, first being told to wait an hour, and then instructed to call back the following day. 3) They abruptly terminated my scheduled appointment on the day itself (which, as an educator, would pose substantial logistical challenges outside of summer months). 4) Their communication was markedly hostile and demonstrated zero remorse during these interactions. Management, the responsibility for staff performance rests squarely on your shoulders, not theirs...
