Worst customer service experience ever encountered

I reached out on Tuesday and was greeted by an automated message indicating a 72-hour wait time for a response. When I called again on Friday, I found myself in the queue, supposedly first in line. Despite being "number 1," I endured almost an hour of waiting without anyone addressing my call. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in customer service 😢
