Worst customer service experience ever terrible attitude

I wouldn't even grant them a single star if I could. Today, I attempted to schedule an urgent consultation for my partner - something I've successfully done numerous times previously without issue - and the receptionist was incredibly discourteous. She accused me of fabricating my usual booking method, insisting I couldn't make an appointment for him and calling me dishonest when I explained he works and can't call during business hours. When my boyfriend subsequently phoned, she curtly instructed him to call back the next day and abruptly terminated the call before he could respond. Such unprofessional behavior suggests she desperately needs a lesson in basic human decency and respectful communication. Clearly, her upbringing failed to instill proper interpersonal skills. More than anger, I genuinely feel pity for someone so lacking in empathy and basic courtesy.
