Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

Customer support is absolutely abysmal! Spent 25 minutes crawling from third in line to first in the queue, then another 5 excruciating minutes before a frustrating automated message declares they can't handle the call and disconnects. Had to redial, only to end up third in line once more!!!! This infuriating scenario is becoming a recurring nightmare, which is precisely why I'm writing this review.
