Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

I'd rate this zero stars if possible. My interaction with their receptionist was utterly appalling. At 8:45, I phoned to explain I couldn't register online due to a full capacity message. Her response was a dismissive "I have nothing" and then she abruptly terminated the call. Absolutely infuriated. I waited 20 minutes to get through again, only to be immediately disconnected. Calling back, hoping it was an accident, I was met with incredibly rude treatment and promptly cut off again. Completely let down. To anyone considering registering - STAY AWAY.
