Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

I initiated contact and entered the waiting list for an appointment. After spending 2 grueling hours in line, I started at position 5, then incredibly waited at the front of the queue for half an hour before they abruptly terminated the call. When I immediately redailed, I found myself pushed back to 12th position in the lineup.
