Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

Stuck on hold for a seemingly endless 60 minutes, inching closer to the front of the queue, only to be greeted by an automated message telling me to leave a voicemail. But wait, there's more - attempting to leave said voicemail results in another message declaring the mailbox is completely full. The sheer frustration of potentially urgent situations going unaddressed while this company wastes people's time is infuriating. Someone could be in a critical moment needing immediate assistance, yet they're left hanging with absolutely no recourse. The complete lack of customer service is mind-boggling, and I would gladly assign zero stars if the rating system allowed it, but alas, I'm forced to use the lowest possible option.
