My previous 1-star review has only been proven more accurate over time. Recently, I was barely late to an appointment I struggled to schedule due to incompetent receptionists, only to be told the doctor had already left, despite my slot not being for another half hour. The staff's attitude was hostile, attempting to blame me for tardiness when they clearly had no intention of seeing me. Today, I arrived 15 minutes early, yet was forced to wait over an hour to see a mental health practitioner who provided zero meaningful assistance. Instead, they attempted to shuffle me back to a service that treats patient details like a rotating carousel of ineffective counselors. This GP practice is completely useless. Appointments are nearly impossible to secure, frequently cancelled without notification, and if you dare seek help, they'll simply hang up on you. It feels more like a financial drain on the NHS than an actual medical facility. Any hope of receiving treatment is minimal, and should you dare complaint, staff - including doctors - will verbally attack you for highlighting their systemic failures. After two years, I've only managed two doctor consultations while my physical and mental health continuously deteriorate. Despite being on suicide watch, their sole recommendation was Mindsmatter - a service known for being unqualified to handle serious mental health issues. Their medication approach is equally incompetent: prescribing one potentially suitable medication, then immediately replacing it with something fundamentally ineffective. Furthermore, they've discontinued my previous GP's cardiac investigations, dismissing my heart concerns despite my father's fatal early-onset chronic heart disease. They've prescribed contraindicated medications, removed promised mental health treatments, and replaced my antidepressants with less effective alternatives. They've also prolonged my gastro issues by maintaining pain medications instead of investigating root causes. If this represents a legitimate NHS Trust GP office, the healthcare system is already beyond salvation.
