Worst gp experience with incompetent medical staff

I've never experienced a more frustrating GP practice in my life, which is why I've switched providers. Here's why: 1. Dr Maladi completely disregarded my distress, dismissing my tears and pain as "mild hypermobility". A hospital visit revealed I actually have a rare form of Ehlers Danlos requiring medication. 2. They consistently obstruct my medication access, forcing me to travel to London repeatedly. 3. Their records bizarrely show I have no medical conditions, despite my diagnosed EDS and asthma. 4. They've categorized my asthma as an acute condition, preventing me from obtaining an inhaler - resulting in a severe asthma attack that sent me to the hospital. 5. When I requested a post-surgery medical note for work, they claimed I never had surgery. 6. A 1 pm appointment means you'll inevitably wait until 5 pm due to their chronic delays. 7. Getting an appointment is practically impossible - your chances are essentially zero, even if you call the instant they open at 8:30. 8. Honestly, these reasons should speak for themselves.
