Worst gp practice ever with terrible patient care

WorstGP imaginable. I'm attempting to relocate after being transferred here due to my previous practice shutting down. Getting an appointment is practically impossible. They insist on using the app for booking if you have a smartphone. I downloaded the app and logged in. At 10:45am the app malfunctions, so I phone. After 20 minutes on hold, I'm told no appointments are available and must log in at 8am the next day. Same scenario unfolds - at 8:15am the app crashes, another lengthy phone call reveals no appointments again. Even if I could secure one, it would only be a telephone consultation, not an in-person doctor visit. It's incredibly frustrating. I'm defeated. The stress is overwhelming. I was also referred to the menopause clinic in April but heard nothing. When I raised this, I was advised to chase the referral myself, with no guidance on who to contact. This GP practice appears completely indifferent to patient needs. I'll have to seek a transfer. UPDATE 2 years later, still appalling. After days of trying to get an appointment, I'm asked to visit the surgery. A medical student examines me, claiming my ear infection will resolve naturally. A qualified doctor then discovers an actual issue and orders a prescription to be sent downstairs to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy, they claim no prescription received from the GP. The GP then states it was sent to a pharmacy 45 miles away? I'm instructed to contact the other pharmacy and arrange transfer. Upon calling, they insist the prescription was sent to the local pharmacy downstairs. Two hours of circular confusion later, the surgery's pharmacy says they'll order it but can provide no timeline. I'm convinced the surgery and pharmacy are competing for the title of most incompetent - it's an extremely close contest.
