Worst gp service ever with unhelpful receptionists

There's absolutely no use attempting to schedule an appointment. I've been trying to reach someone online since morning, so I ended up going to the walk-in clinic at the hospital. For three consecutive days, I've been unable to secure an appointment. This seems to be their new cost-cutting strategy, but I must say the administration is incredibly poor. Moreover, why are elderly receptionists who struggle to comprehend basic communication still working here? I don't fault the individual worker, but the management that continues to employ her despite her limitations. Why should someone of her age be working in such a role? It's ridiculous to keep her employed. She consistently tells patients to call back or return later, accomplishing nothing. She should be resting at home at her age, not working here! We need them to respect our time and provide a more efficient service at this medical practice.
