This phone booking system is an absolute disaster. I tried to schedule with the pharmacy and was told I needed to see a doctor, which led to two hours of constant calling. When I finally got through after being disconnected multiple times, they informed me that all slots were full. But wait - their system was down, so no one could actually book anything? How does that even make sense? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
