Worst healthcare experience ever

Absolutely dreadful. Their entire approach seems designed to deter phone communication, and even if you manage to endure their exasperating and lengthy hold recordings, they'll go to great lengths to dodge providing genuine assistance. Booking an appointment is impossible, telephone consultations are out of the question, seeing the same doctor consecutively is a pipe dream, clear answers are non-existent, and no one will take responsibility for the ongoing diagnostic uncertainty. Utterly maddening.
