Worst healthcare experience ever at local clinic

I endured an abysmal experience with their customer service, wasting nearly an hour on hold only to discover zero available appointments for the next month and a half. What's the purpose of maintaining a phone line if they can't schedule anything? The staff demonstrated a complete lack of compassion, and this problem appears uniquely prevalent in the Witham location. The nurse practitioners could seriously benefit from additional training in empathy and clinical understanding. If I could rate this experience lower than one star, I absolutely would.
