Worst healthcare experience ever completely unacceptable

Absolute zero rating would be my preference if possible. I've spent the entire week attempting to secure an appointment, constantly encountering busy lines or complete booking unavailability. After tremendous effort, I finally managed to schedule a slot, only to be informed the doctor would contact me between 1-5pm. Predictably, no call materialized. When I followed up, they casually explained they had unilaterally cancelled my appointment with zero communication, offering no resolution or alternative.
