Worst healthcare experience ever endless phone queue nightmare

After enduring an excruciating 45-minute hold with monotonous background music, I was repeatedly disconnected just as I reached the front of the queue. It took me five exhausting attempts just to connect with a representative! When I finally managed to speak with someone, the interaction felt as cold and rigid as conversing with a robotic traffic officer. Attempting to schedule an appointment is an exercise in frustration, with wait times so prolonged that your medical issue might resolve itself—or worsen—before you're seen. Their apparent indifference is staggering, which explains why patients increasingly resort to emergency services. Should you miraculously secure an appointment, be prepared to sacrifice an entire workday, as they operate exclusively during standard business hours. Any suggestion of alternative timing is met with a dismissive "take it or leave it" attitude that borders on contempt. The service quality is abysmal. Even considering the current challenges facing the NHS, this particular surgery represents a new low in patient care.
