Worst healthcare experience ever nightmare of frustration

Abysmal customer experience, with a check-in station sporting worn-out digits, overcrowded waiting area, and understaffed service. My 8:30 appointment turned into a marathon of waiting, despite dedicating over 10 hours to preparation. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the hefty monthly health insurance premium of $2,500. I intend to escalate my grievances to the appropriate authorities due to this subpar treatment.
