Worst healthcare experience ever terrible customer service

Truly, the situation continues to deteriorate. You're forced to endure endless waiting times just to secure an appointment After laboriously navigating their system and successfully scheduling a prescription to be dispatched to Tesco pharmacy for next-day pickup, it hasn't been processed When contacting reception, they dismissively respond, "you'll need to consult a GP" Zero effort to communicate the issue to me proactively. Not my responsibility to chase this up The service has completely collapsed
