After nearly a quarter-century enduring this dreadful medical practice, I've finally reached my breaking point with their staggering incompetence, malevolence, and sheer idiocy. I'm dismayed that I'm compelled to award one star just to share my perspective, and even more frustrated that a more negative rating isn't possible. Choosing the thumbs down emoji 👎 over the 'poo' option feels more appropriate, especially since Google's mandatory smiley face obscures the true sentiment. Thus, I'm bestowing Leyton healthcare 👎👎👎👎👎👎 of the worst: one👎 for the mandatory star, and five 👎👎👎👎👎 for their abysmal service spanning decades. Attempting to contact this ghastly practice by telephone is an exercise in futility, with alternative communication channels seemingly intentionally obstructed. Skeptical? Visit their website and attempt contact—I cannot guarantee your mental well-being afterward. You'll be curtly informed that your call is unwelcome, advised to retry at an unspecified "opportune" time. Persistent attempts yield only soul-crushing hold 'music' and a smug automated voice announcing your ever-fluctuating queue position—reminiscent of a dubious financial scam. For pay-as-you-go phone users, this experience can be financially devastating. I've personally endured hour-long waits only to have my inquiry dismissed in mere seconds—hardly conducive to mental health for a supposed healthcare center. Compounding their previously mentioned incompetence, malice, and stupidity, I must now highlight outright negligence. Living with heart disease, my medication is non-negotiable and requires medical supervision. Despite maintaining a five-year repeat prescription and my pharmacy sending six reminder emails, I've exhausted my supply. Given their documented communication barriers, attempting resolution via telephone seems counterproductive to preserving my sanity. Perhaps this review might spark some meaningful change.
