Worst healthcare experience of my miserable life

I'd rate this zero stars if the system allowed it. Despite initial hesitation due to poor online feedback, I reluctantly registered after relocating, hoping the criticisms were exaggerated - but they were completely accurate! After six years of trouble-free medication management, I've been abruptly cut off. For two consecutive weeks, I've been repeatedly assured that a 'minor error' would be resolved, with promises of imminent pharmacy delivery that never materialized. My phone interactions have been nightmarish, averaging between two-and-a-half to three hours of waiting. Receptionists consistently respond with unhelpful "I don't know" statements when I ask straightforward questions. Not a single interaction has been successfully completed. If you have any alternative options, I strongly advise avoiding this healthcare provider.
