Worst healthcare service ever experienced

Absolutely dreadful service. Whenever I attempt to contact them, the front desk staff are consistently unresponsive, leaving me trapped in an endless phone queue that seemingly only reduces because frustrated patients hang up out of sheer exhaustion - which I've done myself multiple times. It's perplexing how they spend over an hour every Wednesday in training sessions, yet the quality of service remains abysmal. They might as well use that time actually seeing patients instead. What's even more infuriating is being denied a same-day appointment despite calling within their specified timeframe, with the excuse that slots are reserved for 'emergencies' only. Their definition of an emergency is laughable - this is a general practice clinic, not an Accident & Emergency department. Realistically, anyone with a genuine medical emergency would go directly to A&E, not wait around for a GP appointment.
