Worst medical booking experience ever nightmare

Getting through to anyone here is a nightmare, with wait times stretching for hours even when supposedly first in line. Once someone finally picks up, you're greeted with distractingly loud background noise and then promptly put back on hold without any meaningful communication. Mondays are particularly frustrating, with calls consistently dropping. Fridays are equally problematic, with endless waiting periods. They previously had a Patient Access system that was far more efficient, but inexplicably abandoned it in favor of an archaic scheduling approach that requires calling at 8 AM and enduring perpetual hold status. Their booking service and front desk personnel are so ineffective that I cannot in good conscience suggest anyone use this medical practice.
