Worst medical care ever experienced by a patient

Steer clear of this medical practice, unless you're eager to squander time and drain your emotional reserves. Their incompetence spans prescriptions, diagnoses, and any logistical transfer between staff members. Multiple times, they neglected to refill my critical asthma medication prescriptions without providing any rationale. I'd arrive at the pharmacy only to discover the request had been summarily rejected. Each instance triggered intense anxiety about managing asthma attacks in London's polluted environment. Twice, I was compelled to seek out-of-hours GP services for emergency inhaler supplies. Following one such incident, I secured an appointment with the responsible GP, who claimed she was on holiday during the refusal (a verifiable falsehood) and professed ignorance about which colleague rejected the prescription (another transparent lie). Occasionally, she justified refusals by citing that I requested more medication months (6) than permitted (2). Considering my decades of successful asthma self-management and the low overdose risk of preventative inhailers, this seemed utterly nonsensical. Why not simply provide a month's supply to ensure patient safety? The GP referenced unlocatable guidance about reducing drug abuse, while I discovered online protocols explicitly designed to facilitate medication access for "busy individuals" like myself - guidelines they blatantly disregarded. During another medication denial, I later discovered they withheld inhailers because I'd missed my annual checkup by mere weeks. The irony of denying an asthmatic life-saving medication to compel a health assessment was breathtaking. They also erroneously labeled me a "COPD" patient despite my never having smoked, creating subsequent travel insurance complications. Multiple external GPs questioned this diagnosis, with three independently expressing bewilderment. Additional errors included overlooking annual cholesterol assessments, providing incorrect sample drop-off locations, and botching initial height and weight measurements. Save yourself considerable frustration and avoid this practice at all costs.
