Worst medical care I've ever experienced

I wish I could give this place zero stars because it truly merits such a low rating! The complete absence of patient care and basic organizational skills is shocking. First, attempting to book an appointment is like trying to win an impossible lottery. And if by some miracle you secure a slot, don't anticipate actually seeing a physician. Instead, you'll likely receive a cryptic message about "problematic test results" with zero additional context or support. Am I expected to become my own medical detective? The scan appointment saga is equally infuriating. After waiting three excruciating months, I meticulously followed their self-service system's instructions, only to squander over an hour in the incorrect department. This isn't merely inconvenient; it's pure, unadulterated incompetence – and cost me my desperately needed appointment! Their so-called "phone consultations" are another comedic disaster. Rather than speaking with a qualified medical professional, you're condemned to conversing with a paramedic who seemingly possesses medical expertise equivalent to a weekend first-aid workshop participant. It's utterly ridiculous. The bureaucratic nonsense reaches peak absurdity when you're initially told all appointments are full, then advised to contact 111, who then redirect you back to the surgery, where suddenly – miraculously – an appointment slot materializes. What a monumentally inefficient use of time and resources. My advice? Steer clear of this place. It's painfully evident they prioritize administrative complexity over genuine patient care.
