Worst medical centre experience ever frustrating service

I've been stuck on hold for a solid 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer, and when they finally did, they immediately hung up on me. Calling back, I endured another half-hour wait just to reach the reception, only to be met with complete unhelpfulness. They couldn't even provide me with basic information! I noticed that previous reviews months ago recommended better staff training, but it seems absolutely nothing has changed. Are you still just thinking about addressing this? How much longer will this go on? The staff can't even handle the most fundamental tasks, like using a phonetic alphabet correctly. I completed a blood test three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back. The customer service here is absolutely abysmal - truly, catastrophically bad!
