Worst medical experience ever terrible customer service

Completely unacceptable and frustrating experience! I've been struggling to secure a medical consultation for a trapped nerve for nearly a month. The process has been incredibly challenging - spending over an hour on hold starting at 8am, only to be told there are no available slots. When I finally get offered a telephone consultation, they fail to actually call, and then claim I missed the appointment! To make matters worse, the receptionist's response was utterly dismissive, essentially asking me to solve their own service failure. Absolutely ridiculous customer treatment!
