Worst medical experience ever terrible healthcare service

Abysmal customer service, with a receptionist who is both irritating and discourteous. They consistently fail to return calls or deliberately ring once, preventing you from picking up. Even when you're first in line, wait times exceed 20 minutes before anyone answers. They adamantly reject providing complimentary vaccinations or offering any professional guidance. There's a complete lack of communication regarding exam outcomes, and physician encounters are infrequent, with a different doctor almost every time you manage to see one.
