Worst medical experience ever terrible service
I recently had the misfortune of interacting with this medical practice, and I can confidently say it was an absolute disaster. I would strongly caution anyone against utilizing their services, as my experience was profoundly distressing, painful, and infuriating. The unavailability of a General Practitioner (GP) at the clinic is utterly disgraceful. Even when a GP is occasionally present, attempting to engage in a substantive dialogue or schedule an appointment becomes an impossible task. The communication breakdown and inaccessibility of medical staff are completely unacceptable. The nurse practitioner is undoubtedly the most unprofessional and disagreeable healthcare worker I have ever encountered. Her conduct was thoroughly abysmal – discourteous, offensive, and entirely indifferent to patient needs. The complete absence of empathy and professional conduct is simply inexcusable. Securing an appointment at this practice is an incredibly arduous process. Waiting times are excessive, with patients lucky to obtain a slot a month in advance. The blatant disregard for medical urgency is alarming and demonstrates a profound lack of concern for patient welfare. Perhaps most shocking was the callous treatment of a disabled patient – myself. The clinic deemed it acceptable to withhold critical medication until August 17th, exhibiting a total disregard for health and safety. Such negligence and indifference are absolutely unforgivable. Moreover, the services provided are disappointingly rudimentary. There are no specialized clinics or comprehensive care options available. Patients are consistently redirected elsewhere, exposing the practice's fundamental incompetence and lack of commitment to comprehensive medical care. After enduring years of substandard service and repeated failures, I have resolved to register with a different surgery. Despite being a long-standing patient of 12 years, the persistent shortcomings have compelled me to seek alternative care. I sincerely hope others can avoid the traumatic experience I have endured. In summary, I emphatically advise individuals to avoid this medical practice and explore healthcare alternatives that genuinely prioritize professionalism, compassion, and quality care. The service standards are dismally low, and no patient should suffer such profound incompetence and neglect in their healthcare journey.
