Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Terrible experience. Attempting to book an appointment at 8am as directed is futile, since everyone is simultaneously trying to do the same. After finally getting through, you're confronted with a dysfunctional online form that lacks meaningful questions and appropriate response options. Following 45 frustrating minutes, you're instructed to phone the surgery again. After enduring two minutes of automated messages pushing online services, you encounter staff with significant communication challenges who are remarkably unhelpful and dismissive. Having eventually secured a brief 10-minute appointment scheduled two weeks out, you can anticipate being essentially disregarded and receiving a perfunctory "return in three months if the issue continues" response. While I understand GP practices are under pressure, the standard of "care" provided by this surgery borders on medical negligence.
