An absolutely disrespectful front desk staff member who believes it's acceptable to belittle patients. Their scheduling process is a complete disaster, making it nearly impossible to secure a timely appointment, and even when you finally get seen, the medical assessment is inaccurate! I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere, even if it requires additional effort. Total organizational chaos!
