Worst medical experience ever with terrible service

I would have given zero stars if that were an option. How can a clinic make patients endure a four-week wait for an appointment, only to have it turn out completely pointless because the medical staff lacks the expertise to handle eye-related issues? I was ultimately referred to the hospital, hoping they can actually address my medical concern. The front desk staff clearly need better training about the types of consultations their clinic can handle. Moreover, during my scheduled time, I was forced to wait at least an additional thirty minutes, demonstrating a total disregard for appointment schedules.
