Worst medical experience of my frustrating life

The service is abysmal. Despite being registered for 8 years, the only positive aspect was the practice nurses conducting routine tests. When I sought help for back pain years ago, the GP dismissively claimed I was too young to experience such issues, forcing me to seek private physiotherapy. I've been struggling with persistent reflux for a year, receiving only online consultations with unfamiliar doctors. Test results never made it back through the surgery, and after three visits inquiring about their status, they had no record and I had to restart the entire process. Attempting to book an appointment was futile, with availability ending before 8:35am. My requests for help with eConsult registration were repeatedly ignored and brushed aside. I've since changed surgeries, successfully scheduling an online telephone appointment through eConsult. I strongly suspect this practice intentionally creates barriers to patient care, either due to inability to manage patient volume or sheer incompetence, ultimately driving patients away.
