Worst medical group ever terrible service and care

I've attempted to contact them between 8-9am, supposedly the only appointment booking window according to their receptionists... Yet the calls consistently went to voicemail. Newgate medical group continues to astound me with their incompetence - I've never encountered such blatant disregard from any previous healthcare providers. They instruct us to call within a specific timeframe and then fail to answer, subsequently questioning why we didn't reach them during those exact hours. They should simply acknowledge their inability to serve patients effectively instead of shifting blame and spinning nonsensical excuses. They've abruptly discontinued my repeat medication on the NHS app without any prior notification, putting me at risk of potential seizures if I cannot quickly reinstate my prescription. Moreover, their consistent unavailability means I could potentially suffer seizures before successfully connecting with a doctor. They've prescribed unnecessary medication seemingly to inflate their revenue, despite my bloodwork showing healthy ranges across all metrics, offering no substantive medical rationale beyond a vague "keeping me healthy" explanation. Having experienced multiple GP practices over the past five years, this is unquestionably my most deplorable healthcare encounter. While I understand the NHS faces significant challenges, such systemic negligence remains inexcusable.
