Worst medical group with zero patient care

I've repeatedly called, only to be stuck in lengthy queues and redirected to an automated service, forcing me to start the entire waiting process over again. I've been dealing with ongoing health issues for nearly two years, beginning with irregular bleeding. Apparently, this isn't significant according to the receptionist I spoke with today, who seemed uninterested in booking me an emergency appointment. "The world has gone mad"! Patients are genuinely trying to obtain early diagnoses and treatment, but these medical practices seem determined to discourage and deter patients at every turn. I'd have an easier time scheduling an appointment with the Pope than with Newgate medical group. It's absolutely the worst surgery I've encountered. During my last visit, I had to practically beg to be seen, and only lucked out with a compassionate receptionist. Today's call was an absolute nightmare. Thanks for nothing, and please stop lecturing patients about early diagnosis when you make it virtually impossible to secure a simple appointment. Not everyone can make calls or book online at 8 am, given school runs and work commitments. It's shameful, especially when I've explicitly shared concerns about irregular bleeding and bloating, with a family history of cervical and bowel cancer - conditions my mother has experienced. Despite this critical information, my health concerns still seem unimportant. There is zero patient care.
